Inspection
Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. A thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector's own effort. Whether you were referred to me by a Real Estate agent, a friend or found me on the internet, you can be certain that I am working for You.
Fair and Square Construction Services - Home Inspections are fully insured with Errors & Omissions Insurance, and Liability Insurance. This is a sign of a reputable company. Your home is probably the largest investment you will make. Don't let a $25 - $50 dollar cost difference be the deciding factor on which inspector you choose. When you're price checking, ask if they carry Errors & Omissions insurance. Insurance is the biggest expense for a home inspector and so many cut corners and are not insured.
